How can I track my order?

After you place an order, you’ll get an email with your tracking information. You can also log into your account to track your orders. Still have issues? Contact us.

When will my order arrive?

If you order before 3:00PM, we’ll ship it on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00PM will be shipped the next day. (Monday-Friday)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to Canada. Duties and fees apply.
If you’re anywhere else, we’re sorry — we can’t ship to you at the moment!

Are the products new?

Absolutely! We don’t sell any used products. And that’s a promise.

Can I return the items if I need to?

We offer a free return policy! That means no risk for you. And we don’t ask intrusive questions. As long as the product is returned in its original box with all tags/stickers still intact, you get your refund — no questions asked. You also need a valid returns authorization number from customer service. You can get that number by contacting us here.

Here’s what we do know: Sign up to our emails and you’ll get a notification when it’s back in stock. We update inventory very often, so you can also keep checking the site to see if it’s back.
